“Embracing the Splurge”

I’ve always been careful with money. Every purchase is calculated, every dollar accounted for. So when I decided to go to the salon today and get the full treatment—hair, nails, everything—I knew it would sting a little when the bill came. And it did.

But you know what? As soon as I walked out, I didn’t regret it for a second. For once, I didn’t feel like a mom, an employee, or someone else’s support system. I felt like me—just me, the woman who deserves to feel beautiful and confident in her own skin.

I think we all need to splurge on ourselves once in a while. It’s not just about looking good; it’s about feeling good. And for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m glowing from the inside out.
