Extraordinary, Just Like Me

I refuse to settle for anything less than extraordinary—because I am extraordinary, and I deserve the same in return.

For years, I was told that love required compromise, that I should be realistic, that expecting too much would leave me alone. But I have come to understand that settling is not an act of love—it is an act of fear. And I refuse to live in fear.

I know my worth. I have worked hard to become the woman I am today—strong, independent, passionate, and full of life. I refuse to shrink myself just to fit into someone else’s version of happiness. I refuse to quiet my dreams, to accept half-hearted love, or to be with someone just because the world tells me I should.

Extraordinary love exists. A love that inspires, a love that adds to the life I have already built, a love that challenges me to grow while allowing me to be fully myself. I will not settle for less than that, because I am not less than that.

If it takes time, so be it. I would rather walk alone in confidence than lose myself in something that does not truly see me. My life is already full, already beautiful. Love will be a bonus, not a necessity.

I am extraordinary. And the only kind of love I will accept is one that matches the fire, strength, and beauty within me.
