A ruler and a pair of scissors will allow you to measure the fabric you will need and cut it out precisely and quickly.
Another element that will have to come into play at this point will be glue. It will be necessary, in fact, to cover the entire cardboard of the toilet paper with glue. In a second step, you will then wrap the previously cut-out fabric around it. The various fabrics can have variable colours and details, depending on your taste!
