I\u00a0just wash my\u00a0face with water. I\u00a0find that my\u00a0face gets too stripped when I\u2019m washing it\u00a0too much\u00a0\u2014 it\u00a0gets all dull and weird. You know, water does a\u00a0good job, and the washcloth is\u00a0a\u00a0little exfoliating,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>However, when it comes to her nighttime skincare regimen, Hudson,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/tag\/daughter\/\">daughter<\/a>\u00a0of actress\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/tag\/goldie-hawn\">Goldie Hawn<\/a>, washes her face twice.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most important aspects of her routine is ensuring that her skincare products have clean and safe ingredients, with the mother-of-three saying: \u201cNo one had ever told me what was in my products. I decided, whatever I can control, I\u2019m going to change the way that I approach it.
