I\u2019ve answered this question so many times, and every time, it seems to fuel his insecurities rather than ease them. &#8220;That was years ago,&#8221; I remind him. &#8220;You\u2019re my husband. What he doesn\u2019t realize is that his constant questioning is pushing me away. It\u2019s hard to feel close to someone when they\u2019re more focused on the men who came before them than on the relationship we have now.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know how to make him see that his jealousy is unfounded. He\u2019s the one I chose to build a life with, but his obsession with comparing himself to people from my past makes it hard to move forward.
