I wasn\u2019t going to sit idly by any longer.<\/p>\n<p>Leaving him was the hardest thing I\u2019ve ever done, but it was also one of the most empowering. I had been stuck in a toxic marriage for too long, afraid to move on. But now, for the first time in years, I felt a sense of relief. My children and I could heal, and I could start rebuilding my life on my own terms.
