He knows me better than anyone, and he gets that a little harmless fun now and then isn\u2019t just something I enjoy\u2014it\u2019s something that keeps life exciting.<\/p>\n<p>Take today, for example. I was at the grocery store, wandering through the produce section, when I found myself staring at a heap of avocados, utterly unsure of which one to choose. They all looked the same to me, and I started thinking, <em>Why not turn this little dilemma into something more entertaining?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I glanced around and spotted a man a few feet away, studying a bunch of bananas. He looked charming enough and had that approachable vibe, so I decided to have a little fun. With a smile, I walked up and said, \u201cHi there! I\u2019m having a bit of an avocado crisis. You look like someone who knows their way around produce\u2014any chance you can help me pick the best one?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His face lit up instantly, and he laughed as he said, \u201cWell, I\u2019ll do my best!\u201d He stepped up to the challenge, gently pressing the avocados and explaining how to judge ripeness without squishing them. He even shared a tip about avoiding overly green ones if I planned to eat it that day.<\/p>\n<p>I couldn\u2019t stop smiling\u2014it was such a simple, innocent interaction, but his enthusiasm made my day. When he handed me the chosen avocado, he looked so pleased with himself, and I thanked him with a laugh, walking away feeling lighter.<\/p>\n<p>Later, when I got home, I told my husband about my little adventure.
