I didn\u2019t understand this at first. When my life fell apart, it felt like there was no coming back. I started setting boundaries, saying <em>no<\/em> when I needed to, and learning that my worth wasn\u2019t tied to anyone else\u2019s actions or approval.<\/p>\n<p>Life broke me, yes. But it also gave me the chance to rebuild, and this time, I built something stronger. I built a version of myself that doesn\u2019t crumble in the face of hardship. A version that knows her worth, trusts her instincts, and refuses to settle for anything less than she deserves.<\/p>\n<p>I wouldn\u2019t wish the pain on anyone, but I\u2019m grateful for the growth it forced me into. Life broke me, but in doing so, it made me unshakable.
