I wasn\u2019t nurturing the woman I was or the woman I wanted to become.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s when I made a choice: to treat myself like the most valuable project of my life. I stopped waiting for others to take care of me, and I started taking care of myself. I began choosing growth, seeking opportunities to learn, evolve, and push past the limits I once thought I had. I embraced grace\u2014not just for others, but for myself, letting go of perfectionism and being kind to the woman in the mirror. And I committed to grit, refusing to give up on my goals, no matter how hard the road became.<\/p>\n<p>Now, every morning, I remind myself of my worth. I choose to invest in my mind, my body, and my soul, knowing that I deserve to thrive. Growth, grace, and grit aren\u2019t just words\u2014they\u2019re my compass.
