My marriage ended in divorce, and at the time, it felt like the ground had been ripped out from under me. I had spent so many years wrapped up in being a wife, in the routine of a life built for two, that when it all came crashing down, I wasn\u2019t sure who I was anymore.<\/p>\n<p>But as time passed, I realized that divorce doesn\u2019t mean the end\u2014it\u2019s a new beginning. It was the start of a journey I hadn\u2019t planned for but desperately needed. For the first time in years, I was forced to confront myself, to figure out who I was beyond the roles I\u2019d played in my marriage.<\/p>\n<p>Reclaiming my identity wasn\u2019t easy. It meant letting go of the guilt, the \u201cwhat-ifs,\u201d and the fear of being alone. But little by little, I began to rediscover the parts of me I had buried away\u2014the passions I had ignored, the dreams I had put on hold, and the strength I didn\u2019t even know I had.<\/p>\n<p>I started redefining my priorities. I asked myself what truly made me happy, what I wanted my life to look like moving forward. It was liberating to realize that my happiness didn\u2019t have to depend on anyone else.
