Things in my relationship have been tough recently, and I can\u2019t shake the feeling that I\u2019m no longer being seen or appreciated. It\u2019s a strange and lonely place to be\u2014loving someone deeply but feeling like you\u2019ve somehow disappeared in their eyes.<\/p>\n<p>I remember when we first met, how every glance, every touch, every word felt intentional and full of meaning. Back then, I felt radiant, like I was the most captivating person in the world. But lately, it feels like I\u2019ve faded into the background of our busy lives. The once-thoughtful compliments have turned into polite nods, the playful teasing has given way to silence, and the spark of connection feels more like a flicker barely holding on.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not that I don\u2019t try. I still make an effort to look good, to be engaging, to keep things interesting between us. But it\u2019s hard to keep giving your all when you feel like it\u2019s not being noticed. And that\u2019s what hurts the most\u2014not feeling desired or celebrated for the person I am.<\/p>\n<p>I guess what I\u2019m asking for is a reminder\u2014a nudge that says I\u2019m still attractive, still vibrant, still someone worth noticing. I know my worth doesn\u2019t depend on anyone else\u2019s validation, but sometimes, it helps to hear it from someone.
