{"id":600,"date":"2024-02-14T22:42:18","date_gmt":"2024-02-14T22:42:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/findpath.xyz\/?p=600"},"modified":"2024-02-14T22:42:18","modified_gmt":"2024-02-14T22:42:18","slug":"everything-there-is-to-know-about-the-ncis-david-mccallum-tribute-episode","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/findpath.xyz\/?p=600","title":{"rendered":"Everything there is to know about the \u2018NCIS\u2019 David McCallum tribute episode"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/?s=NCIS\">NCIS<\/a><\/em>\u00a0returned to our screens last night with the first of 10 episodes in the series\u2019 season 21.<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"311fe198f191a864c1efcdfa9efedfdf\" data-index=\"3\" style=\"float: none; margin:0px 0 0px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1782571\">\r\n<\/div>\r\n<script>(function(w,q){w[q]=w[q]||[];w[q].push([\"_mgc.load\"])})(window,\"_mgq\");\r\n<\/script>\r\n\n<\/div>\n\n<p><strong>While the premiere was heavy on Special Agent Nick Torres, next week\u2019s episode promises to focus on a series favorite, Dr. Donald \u201cDucky\u201d Mallard.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Keep reading to find out all we know about the upcoming\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/?s=david+mccallum\">David McCallum<\/a> tribute episode.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When David McCallum, who played\u00a0<em>NCIS<\/em>\u00a0favorite, Dr. Mallard, died in September 2023, it was only a matter of when, not if, the series would pay tribute to the actor.<\/p>\n<p>McCallum began his stint on\u00a0<em>NCIS<\/em>\u00a0as chief medical examiner before becoming NCIS historian. Binder and David North said in a statement at the time of McCallum\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut as much as his fans may have loved him, those who worked side by side with David loved him that much more \u2026. From Day 1, it was an honor to work with him and he never let us down. Moments later Parker receives a call from Palmer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhoa, whoa, slow down\u2026.\u201d Parker tells Palmer.<\/p>\n<p>Parker, stunned, hangs up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat\u2019s going on\u2026?
