It&#8217;s a question that lingers in my mind sometimes. Some people say I look older, and some say I look younger. I suppose the fact that I\u2019m single throws them off; they expect someone my age to be settled down, perhaps with a family, and that confuses them.<\/p>\n<p>But I don&#8217;t mind the speculation. I&#8217;ve always taken good care of myself\u2014eating right, staying active, and embracing the little things that make me feel beautiful. Whether it\u2019s the way I carry myself or the confidence I exude, I know I\u2019m more than just a number.<\/p>\n<p>Being single at 45 doesn\u2019t define me. Instead, it\u2019s a testament to the life I\u2019ve chosen\u2014a life filled with adventure, personal growth, and the freedom to be exactly who I want to be. If that makes me a little hard to pin down, then so be it.
