It\u2019s an unexpected choice, I know. Most people dread Mondays, but for me, it&#8217;s the best day. Every Monday, like clockwork, I spend it at the spa with my girlfriends. It&#8217;s our little tradition, a sacred escape from the rush of life that begins anew each week.<\/p>\n<p>While everyone else rushes back to work, I slip into the serene atmosphere of the spa, greeted by the calming scent of eucalyptus and lavender. The world outside fades away, replaced by the soothing sound of trickling water and soft music.<\/p>\n<p>We start with coffee at the spa\u2019s lounge, the four of us catching up on life, laughing about the past week\u2019s chaos, and sharing our plans for the week ahead. It\u2019s the kind of conversation that\u2019s easy and free, where nothing feels forced, and everything feels understood.<\/p>\n<p>The massages are my favorite part. The therapist\u2019s hands work out every knot from the previous week, releasing the tension in my shoulders and back. As I lay there, eyes closed, I feel the stress melt away, replaced by a sense of calm and gratitude for these moments of quiet indulgence.<\/p>\n<p>By the time we\u2019re done, a sense of peace washes over me. I feel recharged, ready to tackle whatever the week throws at me. Mondays don\u2019t feel like the start of something daunting anymore\u2014they feel like a gift, a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with myself and the women who mean so much to me.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s become more than just a spa day.
