I am beyond thrilled that my best friend will be working with me. It feels like a dream come true to have someone I trust and care about by my side in the workplace. When I suggested to my boss that she would be a great fit for a position at the company, I didn’t expect him to be so generous and open to the idea. But to my delight, he agreed and offered her the job. It was an amazing moment for both of us, knowing that we’d get to spend even more time together, not just as friends, but now as colleagues too.
