Hi, I’m Laura, a farm girl from Arizona, where the wide open skies and endless fields remind me every day of the simple joys of life. I help my dad on the farm, tending to the animals and working the land, and while I love this life, I’ve always had a deep longing for something more. I’ve always dreamed of seeing the world beyond our small town—of waking up to the sound of waves crashing on distant shores, or the hum of bustling markets in a far-off land.
But for now, my days are filled with the rhythms of farm life. I love staying active, whether it’s cycling down the dusty dirt roads, practicing yoga under the Arizona sun, or going for a run across the fields that seem to stretch endlessly before me. My animals are my companions through it all, especially my cat Daisy, who’s always following me around, and Doreti, the cow who’s become almost like a sister to me. They provide a sense of calm and routine in a life that is sometimes unpredictable, and I wouldn’t trade them for anything.
Even though I’m rooted here, a part of me secretly dreams of something more. I’ve always envisioned myself living in a mobile home, with the freedom to pick up and go wherever the road leads. Thailand, with its vibrant culture and golden temples, calls to me, as does Tibet, with its peaceful mountains and spiritual history. I dream of traveling the world, experiencing new cultures, and learning from the people I meet along the way.
For now, I continue to work the farm and enjoy the beauty of the life I’ve built here. But my heart is always looking to the horizon, where adventure awaits just beyond the next turn.
