My daughter’s professor is inviting me to dinners date to disscus something about my daughter. But I don’t think it has to do with my daughter , I’ve seen the way he looks at me knowing I am single mom….

Feeling uneasy, I decide to accept the invitation to dinner. I want to address any concerns about my daughter’s education directly, but I also need to understand the professor’s true intentions. When I arrive at the restaurant, the professor greets me warmly, his gaze lingering a bit too long. As the evening progresses, the conversation drifts from academic concerns to more personal topics. I remain cautious, steering the discussion back to my daughter whenever possible. By the end of the night, it’s clear that the professor’s interest lies beyond professional boundaries. I firmly but politely express my gratitude for his concern about my daughter and make it clear that my priority is her education, leaving no room for ambiguity.
