Since I started dating my personal trainer John, I live for sports only. I have workouts 5 times a week, 2 cardio sessions and 3 days of strength training. Stretching after every workout too… Also, John almost every evening invites me to his place – there’s quite a physical workout there too… I don’t even know what category to put it in… probably cardio… though stretching too… At this rate, I think I might actually have a chance to tone up my butt by the time my beloved husband returns from his business trip… What do you think, will I make it or not?
