“Rediscovering Life After Loss”

“My husband passed away last year, leaving an immense void in my life. Our children live abroad, and while they visit occasionally, I am mostly on my own. Slowly, I’m finding new ways to fill my days, like taking up gardening and volunteering at the local community center. It’s not easy, but I’m learning to find joy in the small moments again.”
