“Finding Strength in Solitude”

“Last year, I lost my husband, and my children are now living abroad. The loneliness has been overwhelming at times, especially as I continue my work as a school teacher. Each day, I pour my heart into my job, but the evenings are particularly hard. I’ve started writing a journal to cope with my emotions and joined a local yoga class to meet new people and stay active. Through these small steps, I’m gradually finding ways to manage my grief and loneliness. It’s a difficult journey, but I’m learning to find strength within myself.”
