Do I really look 45 years old? It’s a question that lingers in my mind sometimes. Some people say I look older, and some say I look younger. I suppose the fact that I’m single throws them off; they expect someone my age to be settled down, perhaps with a family, and that confuses them.
But I don’t mind the speculation. I’ve always taken good care of myself—eating right, staying active, and embracing the little things that make me feel beautiful. Whether it’s the way I carry myself or the confidence I exude, I know I’m more than just a number.
Being single at 45 doesn’t define me. Instead, it’s a testament to the life I’ve chosen—a life filled with adventure, personal growth, and the freedom to be exactly who I want to be. If that makes me a little hard to pin down, then so be it. I’d rather be a mystery than just another assumption.
