The 21-year-old British national, Anna Windley, weighed 29 kg at her age, resembled a skeleton wrapped in skin, only ate one sandwich every five days, and was terrified to eat. The girl once survived on regular chocolate, and she probably would not have survived without it.
Anna has always been quite busy. While in school, she participated in a wide range of extracurricular activities and athletic competitions, setting an example for other students. She had been overweight since birth, although she often heard her classmates making fun of her bulk. Anna made the decision to reduce her weight since she was sick of being laughed at. She began drastically cutting back on her diet, rarely eating dairy, meat, or sweets, and only eating one sandwich every few days. Anna was hospitalized multiple times due to her “diet,” which led to her “anorexia” diagnosis. The physicians started to warn the girl that if things kept going the way they were, she might have a heart attack. She knew everything, but there was nothing she could do about it.
She clarifies, “I just wanted to be slimmer.”
Anna’s condition had gotten so bad that she was afraid to even look or smell food. When they attempted to give the girl a pie during one particular festival, she ran into another room because she couldn’t bear to be close to the food.
But one day, everything changed all of a sudden, partly because of regular chocolate. Even though Anna knew deep down that she would consume a lot of sweets when she had a need, she nevertheless chose to indulge. She started to gently pamper herself after realizing she hadn’t gained any weight when she went on the scales later.
“It seemed ridiculous to think that just a piece of chocolate would cause me to gain weight,” the British man remarks. But until after him, I never realized that eating is not as scary as it sounded.
Anna gradually got over one of her biggest phobias following this meeting and started eating properly again.
The girl remembers that time in her life with horror, but she is 45 kg now and follows a healthy lifestyle.
Regaining a healthy weight took two years. Anna has developed into a stunning young lady with an attractive physique.
She has a boyfriend, works a job, studies, and competes in running events. That weight is no longer something Anna wants to think of herself as.
